Erica Yitzhak is the Managing Attorney of the Yitzhak Law Group. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a minor in Business from Washington University in St. Louis in 1996. After completing her undergraduate studies, Erica enrolled at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City to pursue her dream of earning a Juris Doctor.  Erica received her Doctorate of Law upon graduation from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1999. She was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York in 2002. Erica was a sole practitioner until she started her eponymous law firm, The Yitzhak Law Group in 2012.

With 20 years of practice, and more to come - Erica Yitzhak has federal admission in the Eastern and Southern Districts in New York. She was awarded in 2018, 2019, and 2020, with the Lawyers of Distinction Award, and has been ranked as one of the 10 Best Female Attorneys in New York for Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys. Erica is a member of both the Nassau County Bar Association and of the New York State Bar Association.

Daobo Wang is the Junior Associate at the Yitzhak Law Group, focusing on litigation. Daobo earned his Bachelor of Arts from Haverford College in May 2019 and completed his Juris Doctor at Fordham University School of Law in May 2023, concentrating on Business and Financial Law. During his time in law school, Daobo received merit-based scholarship, the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, and earned the Best Counsel title in the CPR International Mediation Competition. Daobo was admitted to the NYS bar in the Spring of 2024.

Prior to joining the Yitzhak Law Group, Daobo worked as a Summer Associate at a boutique litigation firm in Manhattan, engaging in complex litigation cases. Additionally, his experience at the Federal Tax Clinic at Lincoln Square Legal Services, Inc. provided him with invaluable experience in legal research and client counseling on federal and state tax issues.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Daobo's expertise in litigation and dispute resolution equips him to be a versatile and effective advocate for the Yitzhak Law Group’s clientele.

Jenine Sumpter is the Paralegal at the Yitzhak Law Group. After attending Brooklyn College in 2003, Jenine accumulated extensive experience working in small law firms. In January of 2017, she began her employment at the Yitzhak Law Group, receiving her Notary Public License that same year. Jenine efficiently oversees all of the office administration and paralegal duties for the Yitzhak Law Group, as well as assists with the firm's real estate transactions. Jenine productively interacts with clients and attorneys in order to effectively handle client matters to the best of her ability, thus skillfully reflecting the Yitzhak Law Group's customer satisfaction promise. She is currently studying to receive her Real Estate License, so that she may successfully extend her legal expertise into the real estate market.

Rebecca Nasibi is the Legal Assistant at the Yitzhak Law Group. Her unique position requires her to manage and creatively direct all website design, company branding, and overall aesthetic design. Rebecca is also responsible for assisting attorneys on a wide range of legal matters, including conducting extensive research on various legal issues, drafting motions, and interacting with clients. Rebecca graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design. 

Immediately post graduation, Rebecca was hired as the lead social media producer for a startup media website, allowing her to proficiently sharpen her client-relation and other professional skills. In April of 2019, Rebecca moved on to her position at the Yitzhak Law Group, where she redesigned the branding for the law firm. After gaining an impressive amount of experience during her time working with the dedicated attorneys at the Yitzhak Law Group, Rebecca is now enrolled as a third year law student at St. John's University School of Law and is expected to graduate in May of 2024.
