Erica T. Itzhak, Esq.
Managing Attorney
Erica Itzhak is the Managing Attorney of the Yitzhak Law Group. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a minor in Business from Washington University in St. Louis in 1996. After completing her undergraduate studies, Erica enrolled at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City to pursue her dream of earning a Juris Doctor. Erica received her Doctorate of Law upon graduation from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1999. She was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York in 2002. Erica was a sole practitioner until she started her eponymous law firm, The Yitzhak Law Group in 2012.
With 20 years of practice, and more to come - Erica Itzhak has federal admission in the Eastern and Southern Districts in New York. She was awarded in 2018, 2019, and 2020, with the Lawyers of Distinction Award, and has been ranked as one of the 10 Best Female Attorneys in New York for Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys. Erica is a member of both the Nassau County Bar Association and of the New York State Bar Association.

Harry Ovie
Associate Attorney, NYS Bar Addmission Pending
Harry Ovie is a Legal Assistant at the firm, where he supports attorneys across a broad range of practice areas, including civil litigation, family and matrimonial matters, real estate, corporate law, landlord-tenant disputes, immigration and bankruptcy.
He is a qualified attorney in Nigeria and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from St. John’s University School of Law. He recently sat for the New York Bar Examination and is currently seeking admission to the New York State Bar.
With a background in litigation, Harry has developed strong skills in legal research, drafting, and case analysis. He is detail-oriented and committed to providing reliable and effective support to attorneys in advancing client matters.

Margarita Lino
Legal Assistant
Margarita Lino immigrated from San Miguel, El Salvador to New York as a child, and has been very independent since then. She worked in various customer service roles including in the dental field, where she was a general office manager before opening her own childcare business 10 years ago.
As a busy mother of six, running her childcare program has allowed her to help many families as well as grow closer to her own children and spend more time with them.
Owning her own childcare business for ten years motivated Margarita to strive for more. She worked to earn her Real Estate sales person’s license in 2021 and in 2026 made the decision to utilize all her talents, skills and abilities to become a paralegal. Margarita’s unwavering work ethic and ability to build and maintain strong relationships has brought her much success.
